A message from our 2024 gala co-chairs

We’re thrilled to invite you to Shakespeare Theatre Company’s 2024 gala, All the World's A Stage: Celebrating the US/UK Relationship on Monday, April 15, 2024 at The Anthem in SW DC. The unique relationship between our countries has endured for centuries, reflected in our common language, ideals, and democratic practices, and Shakespeare has had an outsized, ongoing influence on all three.

British Ambassador Dame Karen Pierce DCMG and Sir Charles Roxburgh KCB are our gracious honorary chairs. Our delightful Artistic Director, the irrepressible Simon Godwin, is busy assembling a cast of spectacular artistic talent from both sides of the Atlantic for your enjoyment.

We look forward to sharing a spellbinding evening with you!
